The ZMAC series actuators deliver high thrust (up to 200N) within a compact footprint, with body widths ranging from 20mm to 42mm. Featuring an aluminum piston rod and a choice of rolled or precision-ground screws (C5/C7 accuracy), they achieve an optimal strength-to-weight ratio. This robust design ensures high rigidity, impact resistance, and superior positioning repeatability (from ±0.01mm to ±0.003mm), guaranteeing reliable longevity under demanding operating conditions.
 
Speed & Precision
Designed for dynamic motion applications, the ZMAC series emphasizes high responsiveness and accurate control. The integration of a multi-motor-encoder system significantly enhances operational reliability and allows for rotational speeds reaching 3000 RPM. Its optimized single-axis transmission structure provides improved acceleration characteristics, facilitating rapid and high-speed positioning cycles. Critical to its performance is the optional high-resolution encoder, which enables closed-loop control for exceptional motion accuracy. This combination of high speed and precision ensures stable, repeatable performance for complex automation tasks that require fast start-stop motions and precise point-to-point movement.

Design & Configuration

Flexibility is a core feature of the ZMAC series. Users can select from integrated or external motor configurations, various wiring exit directions (Right/Left/Top/Bottom), and standard or extended motor lengths. Options also include encoders, motor brakes, and origin sensors (magnetic or photoelectric, NPN/PNP). It is important to note that the encoder and motor brake cannot be used simultaneously. The actuators are designed for seamless integration with compatible drivers like the DZK-DF62 series.
