The RSD Series Differential Planetary Roller Screw excels in offering superior dynamic and static load ratings compared to conventional ball screws. By utilizing threaded rollers instead of balls, the load is distributed across multiple contact lines, significantly enhancing impact resistance and load-bearing capacity. Based on Hertz contact theory, the RSD series can withstand up to three times the static load and achieve approximately 1.5 times the operational lifespan of equivalent ball screws, making it ideal for high-demand applications.

The RSD Differential Planetary Roller Screws are engineered to achieve superior high-speed performance and rapid acceleration, excelling in applications where dynamic response is critical. Unlike traditional ball screws, which are constrained by ball recirculation limits and diameter-related lead restrictions, the RSD design leverages a planetary threaded roller mechanism.
