The HST Built-in Guideway Linear Actuator integrates a high-precision ball screw with a rigid linear guideway into a single, compact unit. This monolithic structure provides superior load capacity in all directions (radial, reverse radial, and lateral) compared to traditional separated systems. The optimized recirculating ball design and the large contact area within the guideway block distribute the load evenly, resulting in exceptional stiffness, minimal deformation under load, and a significantly longer operational life.
 
Accuracy & Precision
Precision-ground components and the built-in design ensure perfect alignment between the screw and guideway from factory, eliminating installation misalignment errors. This integration guarantees exceptional positional accuracy and repeatability.
