The MGR miniature linear guide rail incorporates precision steel balls between the slider and rail, converting sliding friction into rolling friction to significantly reduce motion resistance. This design delivers outstanding performance characteristics:

1. Minimal difference between dynamic and static friction ensures excellent follow-up characteristics

2. Drive power consumption reduced to just 1/10 of conventional systems

3. 40 times lower friction resistance compared to sliding guides

a) Supports high-speed linear motion with instantaneous speeds 10 times higher than sliding guides

When used in paired guide rail systems, the "error averaging effect" reduces the required machining accuracy of mounting surfaces, lowering manufacturing costs and complexity.
