The PRMC series represents a high-performance line of Planetary Roller Linear Actuators, engineered for ultimate precision, durability, and power density. The fundamental planetary roller screw mechanism ensures superior mechanical advantages within a minimal footprint, making the entire PRMC family an ideal solution for advanced automation and motion control systems.
 
Superior Load Capacity and Long Service Life
At the heart of every PRMC actuator is the planetary roller screw technology, which fundamentally outperforms traditional ball screws. By distributing loads across numerous contact lines via threaded rollers, the PRMC series achieves exceptional load-bearing capacity and impact resistance. According to Hertzian contact stress analysis, this design enables PRMC actuators to withstand static loads up to three times greater and achieve an operational life approximately 1.5 times longer than comparable ball screw actuators, ensuring unmatched reliability in the most demanding cycles.

High Speed, Precision, and Stiffness

The PRMC series excels in dynamic performance, capable of achieving high rotational speeds and accelerations. A key advantage is the flexible lead design, which is a function of pitch and can be specified as very fine (under 0.5mm) or as custom integer/fractional values without geometric compromise.
