The RSI Series Reverse Planetary Roller Screw delivers exceptional load performance by fundamentally redefining the load transmission path. Unlike standard designs, its inverted architecture positions the threaded rollers in an externally engaging configuration, significantly expanding the effective load-bearing contact area. This innovative layout allows forces to be distributed across a greater number of stress-optimized contact lines, dramatically enhancing both static and dynamic load ratings. 
 
Speed and Acceleration
Engineered for superior dynamic response, the RSI Series excels in high-speed and high-acceleration scenarios. Its reverse planetary geometry minimizes inertial losses within the nut assembly, enabling smoother roller circulation and higher permissible rotational speeds—often reaching or surpassing 3,500 rpm. The lead is derived directly from the precise pitch geometry, allowing for ultra-fine leads under 0.5mm without compromising structural integrity or load capacity. Furthermore, the lead can be customized as integer, fractional, or non-standard values (e.g., 2.89mm or 4.15mm per revolution) without necessitating changes to the screw shaft or nut profile, eliminating the need for external reduction gearing and enhancing system responsiveness and accuracy.
