The GT series features a unique step-type design combined with precision cold-rolling technology, providing enhanced load distribution and improved dynamic/static load ratings. The optimized ball groove geometry and advanced heat treatment processes ensure even stress distribution across multiple contact points, resulting in superior impact resistance and extended operational life. With surface hardness reaching HRC 58 or higher through the use of high-frequency hardened S55C steel for the screw shaft, the GT series delivers reliable performance under continuous operation in various industrial applications.

Available in C5 and C7 precision grades, the GT series offers precise axial clearances of 0.005mm for C5 grade and 0.02mm or less for C7 grade, effectively meeting diverse application requirements for positioning accuracy.
